About Us

KCORP Technology Services, Inc. (KTS) provides cutting edge facility maintenance services across the country. We use our technical expertise and follow a disciplined process of service delivery to promote customer satisfaction.

Our portfolio includes standard operations and management contracts as well as custodial and grounds contracts. In addition, we perform:

Work in Sensitive Environments
KTS provides maintenance and repair services at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) specialty labs in Boulder, Colorado. Some of the world’s most cutting-edge research takes place at this campus and extreme control over the environmental conditions in the laboratories must be maintained. Even minor variations in temperature or humidity could ruin months of research.
Equipment Replacement and Upgrades
KTS was responsible for removing boilers from the 1930s and early 1940s in various buildings at the Denver Federal Center and replacing them with more modern technology.  As a part of the installation, KTS programmed the EMS, and modified rooms and buildings with new wiring, controls, stacks, noise abatement insulation and paint. Because this facility houses the largest concentration of federal agency offices outside of Washington, D.C., it was essential that these retrofits be completed with as little disruption to government operations as possible. KTS finished the necessary modifications, including significant upgrades to the EMS system, in seven buildings within seven months.

Specialty Services
KTS is responsible for the testing, inspection and maintenance services for the fire alarm, fire suppression, smoke control and fire extinguisher systems and equipment at the Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center, which is the fourth largest GSA facility in the United States.

•KTS provides industrial hygienist services at the Corpus Christi Army Depot in Corpus Christi, Texas, and operations and maintenance services for Chevron Energy Services, also at the Corpus Christi Army Depot.
•We rely on our own resources and those of the other members of the KCORP family of companies and provide added flexibility and quick response times for our customers.
